Finally...

Well it took 15 lonnggg cycles of trying but Baby #2 is on the way. It definitely has been a roller-coaster of emotions and I couldn't be happier. Baby is due February 28, 2013.

How far along? 6 weeks
Total weight gain/loss: None yet thank goodness but I'm super bloated
Sleep: Sleeping very soundly and as much as I can! The vivid pregnancy dreams/ nightmares are back though.
Movement: too early for that
Symptoms: cramping, sore bbs, exhausted, bloated
Food cravings: sweets and lots of ice cold water
Food aversions: n/a
Gender: No idea
What I miss: coffee.... oh sweet coffee
What I am looking forward to: First appt on July 25 - hoping and praying that everything is ok
Weekly Wisdom: Try not to stress and enjoy every minute of baby Jude!

Milestone: Baby is the size of a blueberry. That's pretty cool because it was the size of a sesame seed just 2 weeks ago.

I'll take a belly pic once there's more to show than bloat.

Catching Up On Jude

Wow... been a loonnnggg time! Jude will be 2 years old this week! He is amazing. He's a walking, talking, skipping, jumping (***hitting, kicking, crying, screaming***) joy! We love him soo much. He got tubes in his ears in October and he has been talking soo much since then. He repeats everything you say (when he's in the mood for it). He loves to read (especially his Thomas books or Polka Dot Puppy book) and watch tv and play on anyone's iphone thats around and run and run and run. Noah and Andrew and Jude were fast friends from the beginning. He seemed to like playing with the older boys for a long time. He's now starting to play with Caleb more and it's so cute hearing them chatter and laugh together. Right now he's obsessed with dinosaurs but he's gone thru the Thomas phase (and still loves playing with his trains) and Curious George phase (and still put his monkey to bed every night) and Kipper phase.

Mother, oh Mother, come shake out your cloth
Empty the dustpan, poison the moth,
Hang out the washing and butter the bread,
Sew on a button and make up a bed.
Where is the mother whose house is so shocking?
She's up in the nursery, blissfully rocking.

Oh, I've grown shiftless as Little Boy Blue

Dishes are waiting and bills are past due

The shopping is not done and there's nothing for stew
And out in the yard there is a hullabaloo.
But I'm playing "Kanga" and this is my "Roo."
Look! Aren't his eyes the most wonderful hue?

The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow,
For children grow up, as I've learned to my sorrow.
So quiet down cobwebs. Dust go to sleep.
