12 Week Update

How far along? 12 weeks
Total weight gain/loss: No weight check this week
Sleep: Not taking as many naps but night time sleep is great still.
Movement: I wish - Hopefully will get some flutters soon.
Symptoms: Just sore bbs
Food cravings: coffee - i added back a cup a day last week and it's been delicious! And icecream!
Food aversions: not anything i can think of
Gender: Find out in 4 weeks!

What I am looking forward to:  2nd trimester next week!
Milestone:  By the end of this week, risk of miscarriage is down to below 2.5%, and even less if a live embryo has been seen at an ultrasound scan!!

11 Weeks and Doppler Heart Beat Video

How far along? 11 weeks
Total weight gain/loss: +2 lbs at my appt last week
Sleep: Last week I was soooo tired all the time.  But I think I've turned the corner.  Haven't napped in 3 days
Movement: Possible flutters but not 100% certain - could just be gas =)
Symptoms: Sore bbs
Food cravings: Still fruit!
Food aversions: Nothing this week
Gender: Thinking girl this week...

What I am looking forward to: Date night Sunday with my hunny
Milestone: Finally found the heartbeat with my home doppler at 10 weeks and 6 days.  I've been checking every other day since 6 weeks. It was such a relief!

Food aversions: Meat
Gender: Thinking boy this week...

What I am looking forward to:  Ocean City with my little family Sunday - Wednesday to celebrate our healthy baby!
Milestone: Saw baby kicking and waving and turning all around yesterday at our first appointment.  The amount of relief that I feel now is amazing.  That fast little heart flicker gave me the biggest grin.  And Jimmy's face was priceless too.  He is such a proud daddy,

 Baby is 1.2 inches and 0.14 oz this week.
